A: Yes, we always do customized item by your request. Including redesign kiosk appearance, printing your company logo, choosing a specific color, and increase or decrease modules and functions according to your requirements etc. OEM or ODM is available.
4. Q: What payment methods your company accept?
A: We accept most of the payment methods, but mainly accept T/T. L/C, Western Union, PayPal and MoneyGram.
5. Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: It depend on order quantity and degree of customization , sample is around 4-5 weeks, Bulk order time is faster, can be negotiated.
6.Q: What is warranty term for your kiosk?
A: 12 months since shipment date for components.
7.Q: How to ship the kiosk?
A: By air and by sea are optional, by sea is suggested for bulk order. All kiosk shall be transport in standing position, shall not lay down.
